Mind my own business.  When I mind my own business, life is easy.  I just do what it is my job to do.

Yesterday, I found and lost a "guru", wise teacher all in one day.  I won't mention her by name, but the whole process made me sad until I realized that I have matured to a point where I no longer project my wisdom onto others.  This woman captured me so intensely in her earlier work, and then, when I saw her recent work, I just saw a very bitter, old woman.  However, when I accessed her Facebook page, I saw something a little more gracious, and I realized that the whole experience was a rapid realization that I no longer need gurus, although I'm happy to extend something gentle to them when they get to the end of their fame and become a bit bitter with it all.

The values I live by can be summarized as follows:

Be
Laugh
Love mercy
Accept reality
Trust what arises
Love unconditionally
 Mind my own business
Play in a friendly universe
Live in eternal consciousness
Take no offense (It's not personal)

I like the stairstep shape this takes on  :)
Do the next right thing.  One step at a time......
